The good news is, this new site is PERMANENT, so we probably won’t have this issue again.

The People Brothers are working hard this winter to make People Fest 2010 even better than last year.  Stay tuned for more info and band announcements!

Hi Peeps.

Here is a graph of the traffic stats to the People Fest 2009 site over the past month.

As you’d expect, it kind of peaked right around the day of the event.

But people are still visiting the site at a rate of about 8 to 10 per day.

So the lesson here is KEEP COMING TO THE SITE, TELL FRIENDS, and keep contributing new content (if your an admin). Then we can carry the momentum through to People Fest 2010.

Seriously, refer a couple friends, and ask them to tell two friends, and so on, and so on…

Thanks to everyone who came out and made this weekend special.  We appreciate you all so much for taking time from your busy lives to spend a weekend with us.

Thanks to all the people involved in making this event as wonderful as it was.  A lot of people donated their time and energy to helping us pull this off.  To all of you, you know who you are, we can never thank you enough.  We couldn’t do this without our friends supporting us.

A HUGE THANKS to Jeff “Delvis” Martin.  I’m so glad we finally listened when you told us you had the perfect spot to throw a fest.  Your family’s kindness and hospitality was incredible.  We’re lucky to know you and call you friend.  Thanks.

IT’S ALMOST TIME!!!

Hey People!
This weekend is coming up quick and we hope you are getting as excited as us.  We’ve been out at Canyon Park putting the finishing touches on everything and it is looking great! 

Make sure to bring some friends along this weekend.  We’re expecting a good turnout, but, as always, the more the merrier!  If you could post our web address in your facebook, myspace, or twitter statuses, we would really appreciate it!  If you twitter, please don’t invite Ashton Kutcher.  Oprah’s okay, though.

Water balloons, anyone?

Thankfully, the weather is still looking good.  You will still want to bring a jacket or hoodie if you’re staying late in the evening.  Also, you might want to bring something you don’t mind getting wet if you want to be a part of some of our water activities going on during Saturday.  A little slip ‘n slide and some water balloons never hurt anyone!
