Dates:  August 28 – 30, 2009
Donation:  $15/night (to help cover costs)

Bring all your friends, and even your kids to People Fest 2009 in Dodgeville, WI.  We’ve booked a fantastic lineup of bands from Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa!

We will be selling water, but bring some of your own too.  Better safe than sorry.  It’s BYOB and food, too.

If you have any questions or suggestions, either write them below in the comment section or e-mail us at peoplefest2009@gmail.com.

Here are a couple of things to remember:

1. Be respectful. There are many families that are attending and deserve a safe and happy environment! That includes little kids, and some Moms and Dads. Harmless fun is allowed.

2. Be safe. There is nothing worse than people who drink all night and try to drive home. Bring your tent and stay a while.

3. Clean up your mess. We’ll be handing out garbage bags to everyone who is camping. Take care of your campsite and respect the land.

4. Don’t get drunk and belligerent. This event is all about having a good time. Violence of any sort will not be tolerated. No second chances.

5. Bring water. We’ll be selling bottles of water, but it’s always a good idea to already have some on hand.

6. There is a pond, but it’s not good for bathing or drinking. Please stay out of the pond!

7. Dogs are fine. Bring bags to clean up after your dog! We ask that disruptive dogs be kept on leashes, or removed from the party immediately. There are no second chances here, either.

8. Have fun and participate! Hike around and admire the beautiful land! Dance to the music!

  4. Yes, I agree with Bobby. Since I am not a peacenik pacifist hippy type by nature, I will strictly enforce the NO FUN HATERS policy by smacking fun haters upside the head to knock a little fun into them. I have no problem with that. FUN HATERS will be asked to sit in the DUNK TANK until their attitude improves.

  5. Did I hear music, camping, good friends and good times! Now where else would you think I would be! And since we are not exerting energy trying to keep up with drunken paddlers I might have energy to stay up and put on my dancing shoes. YEAH!

Don’t forget to bring an extra pair of socks. Because – DANG- this is going to rock your socks off!

  6. Tim don’t forget your head!! We are going to have one helluva party to remember. To all– bring documentation devices of all kinds so we can relive this mofo down the road.
